Circle Holdings plc has formulated an appropriate board and committee structure with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.   This includes a formal board at three levels:

• Circle Holdings plc
• Circle Health Ltd and
• Local site level

The Circle Holdings plc Board has appointed six non-executive directors to broaden the experience of the Board, which will meet at least ten times per annum, with additional meetings as required.
